Welcome  to LORD'S PERSONAL FITNESS SERVICES, where we did private personal training first, and we still do it best.

Lord's is for anyone who wants to succeed in a healthy way.

We know you WILL see and feel the results when you train with us.

What We Do

We are Columbus Indiana's ONLY private personal training facility.  We started personal training in 1995 and we still pride ourselves that we still do it best.

Sessions are for all people and are designed totally one on one in a private gym facility.  A session is one hour and a trainer is committed to you and you alone for your entire session.

Our trainers are properly educated in the fitness field and trained to know how to work with people of all ages, sizes and medical conditions.  Don't be fooled by other gyms that claim to have "trainers" just because they are bodybuilders or fitness models. 

All sessions are by appointment only.

Your first session is FREE!

Just pick up the phone and call, and a friendly trainer will make an appointment to meet with you about your fitness needs.  Training is available from 5 a.m.  to 9 p.m.  monday through  thursday, 5 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  friday, and 7 a.m. to 12 noon saturdays.

Group sessions are also available saturday mornings.
